Employers and professionals are encouraged to become program partners to provide support as the apprenticeship program grows. There are many partnership opportunities, including as a current employer of a Coastline student, as an employer that would like to hire Coastline student(s), as a technical and/or soft skills mentor, and as a mentorship supporter.
We are seeking employers interested in hiring apprentices that are passionate about cybersecurity. Employers will find that Coastline students are lifelong learners that are motivated to keep up with today’s cybersecurity techniques. Employer incentives are available.
Cybersecurity professionals interested in mentoring and training apprentices to learn the latest techniques and build their interview skills are encouraged to join the program by contacting us. Our cohort schedule provides several opportunities throughout the year for mentors to meet with apprentices outside of the classroom environment.
